When washing, please be careful not to scratch the surface. Avoid using bleaching ingredients and abrasive-containing detergents, steel balls (brush rollers), and abrasive tools. In order to remove the detergents, rinse the surface with clean water after washing.
Surface state and washing method of stainless steel spring
Dust and easy to descale-wash with soap, weak detergent or warm water;
Labels and stickers-scrub with warm water and weak detergent;
Binder composition-use alcohol or organic solution;
Fat, oil, and lubricating oil contamination-use a soft cloth or paper to dry it and then wash it with a neutral detergent or ammonia solution or special washing chemicals;
Bleaching agent and seed acid adhesion-rinse immediately with water, soak in ammonia or neutral carbonated soda solution, and then wash with neutral detergent or warm water;
Organic Carbide Adhesion-Soak in hot neutral detergent or ammonia solution and wash with weakly abrasive detergent;
Fingerprint-use alcohol or organic solvents (ether, benzene), wipe with a soft cloth and then wash with water;
Excessive rainbow pattern-caused by the use of detergent or oil, use warm water neutral detergent when washing;
Welding discoloration by heating-after washing with 10% nitric acid or hydrofluoric acid solution, then neutralizing with ammonia carbonated soda solution and washing with water
Rust due to surface contaminants—wash with nitric acid (10%) or abrasive detergent.
